2025 ILDA Conference

The 2025 ILDA Conference will be held in "Rocket City" — Huntsville, Alabama, home of (among many attractions) the U.S. Space and Rocket Center. Huntsville is the site of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, birthplace of the Saturn V rockets that sent astronauts to land on the moon.

The tentative dates are as follows: Monday November 3, arrival day, optional LSO courses, evening Welcome Reception. Tuesday November 4, annual meeting, seminars, workshops, evening Lase-Off. Wednesday November 5, more seminars and workshops, evening Awards Banquet and Presentation. Thursday November 6, cultural tour(s) including the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.

Our host is Alex Hall of Rocket City Lasers, which provides camps, clubs and classes on laser show art and technology. Assisting Alex is Audio Visual Imagineering led by Joanne Young. AVI is the creator of Laser Camp educational materials and laser equipment.
