One-page safety and U.S. law overview

Below are the front and back sides of a PDF document you can download and print out.

On the front is a summary of laser light show safety procedures. On the back is guidance about U.S. forms and requirements.

The PDF may be reproduced and distributed by anyone. Their logo can be added to the ILDA logo on the front. However, the text must not be changed.

If you do have technical or editorial corrections, suggestions, etc., contact ILDA. We will update the document by fixing any text errors, and we will consider adding text suggestions if space permits. Also contact us if you need this in A4 format — it is currently only in U.S. letter format.
